Pursuant to Neb.Rev.Stat. § 24-1107 (Cum.Supp.1992), this court has granted Ronald E. Reimers' petition for further review of the Nebraska Court of Appeals' summary affirmance of Reimers' conviction and enhanced sentence for drunk driving (DUI), that is, operating a motor vehicle while he was under the influence of alcoholic liquor, a violation of Neb.Rev. Stat. § 39-669.07 (Cum.Supp.1990)....
