Plaintiff appeals from a judgment of dismissal. We affirm.

Plaintiff is an Oregon dealer in collector cars. He attended a car auction in San Francisco, where he bought a Chevrolet Camaro convertible from defendant, a California-based dealer in collector cars. Defendant invited plaintiff to visit his warehouse, which plaintiff did the day after the auction. At the warehouse, plaintiff agreed to purchase a 1970 Boss 302 Mustang and a 1965 Pontiac...
