This appeal of a magistrate judge's sentencing order raises the question whether the special probation provided for in 18 U.S.C. § 3607(a) is available to persons convicted of violating 36 C.F.R. § 2.35(b)(2), as well as to persons convicted of violating 21 U.S.C. § 844.
