Plaintiffs John and Alicia Bowman brought suit against defendants Robert and Patricia Zimny for fraud and breach of contract resulting from the sale of a house. Although a jury found in favor of defendants on the fraud count, it found for plaintiffs on the breach of contract count and awarded them $35,000.
