OPINION OF THE COURT

PAPADAKOS, Justice.

The facts in this case are that a Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas jury convicted Appellant, Joseph LaRosa, of murder of the third degree and criminal conspiracy and the co-defendant, Joseph Fareri, of voluntary manslaughter, criminal conspiracy, and possession of an instrument of crime. Appellant has raised six issues on appeal, three of which relate to the crucial introduction of the prior recorded testimony...
