This is an appeal from an order entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County permitting a conveyance of real estate purchased by appellant, John Hendrie, and his wife, Deborah Hendrie to be set aside to satisfy the judgment of $51,800.00 against John Hendrie. We affirm.
