NEUMANN, Justice.

The district court issued a judgment, dated July 7, 1992, reversing an order of the North Dakota Workers Compensation Bureau (the Bureau) which denied partial disability benefits to Pamela G. Jones. The court awarded Jones partial disability benefits from January 10, 1981 through May 18, 1988. The court ordered that Jones was not entitled to receive benefits after that date, because Jones had then accepted workers compensation benefits in Montana...
