On September 7, 1993 Merrell E. Clark, Jr., Esq., Special Master under the Settlement Agreement in this case (the "Bridgeman Settlement Agreement" or "BSA"), issued his Report $ 28 in which he found "that (1) a multiyear contract with a one-year out is not per se cap circumvention and (2) Articles VI and VII of the BSA contemplate that there may be player options...
