In these two cases, Plaintiffs claim that Defendants violated the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act (hereinafter "WARN Act"), 29 U.S.C. § 2101 et seq., which requires that all employees of a company with at least 100 employees be provided 60 days or more written notice in the event of a plant closing or mass layoff.
