Appellants D.W.H. and D.H. appeal from summary judgment in a declaratory action to determine coverage under a foster parent liability insurance policy. D.W.H. sued Sadie Steele, a foster care provider, and D.H., a foster child at Steele's home, for sexual abuse while D.W.H. was a foster child at Steele's home.
