This is an appeal from an order of summary judgment in favor of defendant, Moore Business Forms, Inc., and against plaintiffs, Frank B. Abbadessa and Robert D. Mariotti. Abbadessa and Mariotti sued Moore for wrongful termination of employment. Moore moved for summary judgment, arguing that Abbadessa and Mariotti each agreed in writing at the time of their termination to release Moore from any claims arising from plaintiffs...
