Currently before the Court are (1) plaintiff Sentry Insurance A Mutual Company's (hereinafter "Sentry") motion for judgment on the pleadings or, in the alternative, for summary judgment, and (2) defendants Flom's Corporation's (hereinafter Flom's) and George Tarnoff's motions for partial summary disposition.
