We granted certiorari in this workers' compensation case to review the decision of the court of appeal that a partially disabled employee was not entitled to supplemental earnings benefits because he was physically able after his recuperation from the employment injury to return to his former supervisory position, although the position had been abolished in the meantime and the employee was unable to find other employment...
