PER CURIAM.

This is a disciplinary proceeding against Shelley Lashkowitz, a former attorney in Fargo. Lashkowitz was admitted to the practice of law in the State of North Dakota in 1957, and was a member of the bar until 1987. He moved to Denver, Colorado, in 1988, and has not sought relicensure in this or any other state since 1989. Lashkowitz maintains that he does not intend to resume the practice of law at any time.
