Ordered that the judgment is modified, on the law, by (1) deleting the provision thereof which directs the plaintiff to pay interest on the amount of the purchase money mortgage that the plaintiff was to have executed at the closing of title at the rate of interest provided in the contract of sale for the period from April 28, 1986, to April 27, 1991, and substituting therefor a provision directing the plaintiff to pay interest on the amount of the purchase money mortgage...
