Following a jury trial, defendant, Perry V. Fowler, was convicted of aggravated criminal sexual assault (Ill.Rev.Stat.1989, ch. 38, par. 12-14(b)(1)), of Jessica K., age 7, and was sentenced to a term of ten years. Defendant raises the following issues on appeal: (1) whether the State failed to prove him guilty beyond a reasonable doubt; (2) the testimony of the victim's mother and two other witnesses should not...
