OPINION

DAVIES, Judge.

Appellant's driver's license was canceled unilaterally after the Commissioner of Public Safety received a letter from a physician recommending revocation. Appellant, born in 1917, challenged the cancellation. The trial court denied the petition and Opal A. Kohner appeals. We reverse and remand.
