Greenfeig, on August 22, 1986, while he was purportedly a business invitee on the resort premises of defendant-appellee Seven Springs Farm, Inc., in Somerset County, Pennsylvania. This appeal follows an order by the trial court transferring this action from the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County to the Court of Common Pleas of Somerset County...
