Following the court's slip op. 90-23, 14 CIT ___, 733 F.Supp. 379 (1990), familiarity with which is presumed, the plaintiffs have filed motions for summary judgment on their remaining asserted causes of action for release of bonds and refund of deposits of estimated antidumping duties on imports of power-transmission belts from Japan and Singapore entered between February 1 and June 7, 1989....
