Defendant appeals his convictions for assault with intent to commit a violent felony—to wit, murder—in violation of NMSA 1978, Section 30-3-3 (Repl.Pamp.1984), and shooting at an inhabited dwelling in violation of NMSA 1978, Section 30-3-8 (Cum.Supp.1991).
