The issue on appeal is whether Otto Treinis, III, and Thomas P. Mangan are necessary parties in this declaratory judgment action.

Otto Treinis owned an automobile which was insured by the plaintiff, Safeco Insurance Company. Treinis permitted Thomas Mangan to use the car. Mangan was involved in an automobile accident with Gerald Sluzewicz. In another lawsuit, Sluzewicz obtained a default judgment...
