OPINION

RUSSON, Judge:

Defendants Robert D. Lovegren and Gregory Wade Southern appeal their convictions of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute, a second degree felony, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 58-37-8(1)(a)(iv) (Supp.1989). We reverse and remand.
