Defendant Joe Q. Jones was convicted of possession of an automobile certificate of title without complete assignment pursuant to section 4-104(a)(2) of the Illinois Vehicle Code (Ill.Rev.Stat. 1985, ch. 95½, par. 4-104(a)(2)) for which he received a prison sentence of two years.
