Appellant was convicted by a jury of cattle theft. Tex.Penal Code § 31.-03(e)(4)(A). The jury then sentenced appellant to six years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. The Waco Court of Appeals reversed appellant's conviction and remanded the case for a new trial. Jones v. State, 805 S.W.2d 842...
