This action arises from a mortgage foreclosure complaint filed by Peoples First Financial Savings and Loan Association (Peoples First) against F.M.W. Properties, Inc. (F.M.W.) and Fred M. Webb. The complaint alleges that on May 13, 1987, F.M.W. executed a promissory note and mortgage in favor of Peoples First in the principal amount of $518,000.00. At the same time, Mr. Webb executed a guaranty agreement in favor of Peoples First, guaranteeing F.M.W....
