OPINION

SCHUMACHER, Judge.

Appellant Kathryn Stearns sued respondent Dominic Plucinski for medical malpractice. A jury found respondent not negligent and judgment was entered. Appellant contends that she was denied a fair trial because the trial court gave contradictory jury instructions and admitted prejudicial testimony into evidence. We affirm.
