Patrick O'Hara was convicted in district court of three counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child. Tex.Penal Code Ann. § 22.021 (1989). The jury assessed punishment and the trial court sentenced O'Hara to fifty years, fifty years, and seventy-five years imprisonment on the three respective counts.
