F. Michael Schultz ("Schultz"), defendant in the trial court, appeals from a "turnover order" requiring him to turn over to Eddie Vassallo, as receiver for the Cadle Company ("Cadle"), certain income in accordance with the "turnover" statute. See Tex.Civ. Prac. 31.002 (Vernon 1986).
