This is an appeal from judgment of sentence rendered by the Court of Common Pleas of Lycoming County on December 19, 1990. Following a jury trial, appellant was found guilty of two counts of simple assault by physical menace.1 Appellant's post-trial motions were denied, and she was sentenced to a term of imprisonment not less than three months nor more than eighteen months.
