Cherokee Water Company and others appeal from adverse summary judgments. They brought actions against Advance Oil & Gas Co. and Graham-McCormick Operating Partnership, seeking damages and recovery on theories of unjust enrichment, money had and received, conversion, trespass, and constructive trust.
