Citadel Construction was the general contractor for the construction of a Shopko store in Lewiston, Idaho. Cuddy Mountain Concrete, the concrete subcontractor, brought a breach of contract action against Citadel after Citadel terminated its subcontract. Following a trial, the jury awarded Cuddy Mountain $74,000 on its breach of contract claim, which included lost profits and punitive damages.
