THOMPSON, J.

Joseph Casarez appeals the sentence imposed after his jury convictions for delivery of cocaine, delivery of heroin, and possession of heroin. The judgment and sentence states the two delivery convictions do not constitute the same criminal conduct and, therefore, count as separate crimes for offender score purposes. Mr. Casarez assigns error to this determination. We remand for resentencing.
