Appellant is the administrator of the estate of the deceased and the guardian of the deceased's minor child. Appellees are Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. ("Wal-Mart") and the manager of the store where the deceased worked. Appellant appeals from the trial court's grant of summary judgment to appellees.
