Appellant, Harvey Bibicoff, claims that he and respondent, Stan Fulton, entered into an oral contract whereby Fulton agreed to pay to Bibicoff a fee if Bibicoff successfully obtained a buyer for Fulton's stock. Fulton denies any such agreement was made.
