This appeal arises from a suit initially brought by the Corsons in the Lowndes County Chancery Court against the Meiers, Bob Keys and Thomas Vice, (owners of Keys & Vice Realty, now Century 21 Deep South Properties), and Donald Steighner, alleging breach of assumption warranty deed (Meiers), negligence (Keys & Vice), and legal malpractice (Steighner). The Meiers' answer included a cross-claim against Steighner for negligence...
