Gary Ward Greenich and Donald Nicholas Fetzner file consolidated appeals, at No. 902 Pittsburgh 1991 and No. 903 Pittsburgh 1991, from the judgments of sentence entered against them by the trial court. Their pre-trial proceedings were consolidated but their trials were severed. Greenich was convicted, by a jury, of obscene and other sexual materials and performances.1
