Ordered that the judgments are reversed, on the law and on the facts, those branches of the defendant's omnibus motion which were to suppress physical evidence and the defendant's statements made to law enforcement authorities are granted, that branch of the defendant's omnibus motion which is to suppress identification testimony is granted to the extent that the lineup identifications are suppressed, and a new trial is ordered, to be preceded by a reopened Wade hearing...
