We have before us the appeal of appellant, Sunbeam-Oster Company, Inc. ("Sunbeam-Oster"), and the cross-appeal of appellee, Lincoln Liberty Avenue, Ltd. ("Lincoln Liberty"). Lincoln Liberty filed a claim for rent in a bankruptcy proceeding involving Sunbeam-Oster's predecessor, Allegheny International, Inc. The bankruptcy court allowed this claim. Sunbeam-Oster now presents two issues...
