Appellants Duane and Gertrude Wells and Val Bain (Wells), sellers of an office building to Rainier National Bank (Rainier), appeal a summary judgment in favor of Chicago Title Insurance Company, an intervenor and subrogee under Rainier, in which the sellers were ordered to reimburse Chicago Title $49,349.24 in local improvement district (LID) assessments it paid to the City of Renton, including interest and attorney's fees. We reverse.
