This is an appeal from a judgment granting partial distribution of the Estate of William T. Moran, deceased. The Trustees of the Louise Jarrett Moran Trust (LIM Trust), appellees, filed an application, and an amended application, for partial distribution of this Estate. Cullen Center Bank & Trust, Trustee of the Betty Anne Frank Trust, appellant, was the only beneficiary to object to the partial distribution....
