The dispositive issue in this appeal from the judgment rendered in a condemnation action is whether the trial court properly valued real property of the plaintiffs that the state had taken by eminent domain. The defendant, the commissioner of transportation, condemned land belonging to the plaintiffs, James D. Greene, Patrick J. Crehan, Richard J. Fricke and James A.
