The complaint, as filed in this suit, is a shotgun approach against some eleven defendants, with a conglomeration of allegations of various wrongful acts by the defendants, with the ultimate charge of the wrongful inducement of a breach of contract pursuant to T.C.A. § 47-50-109. The suit was ultimately dismissed as to all of the defendants...
