The appellant, Bennie Barnes, appeals from the circuit court's "denial" of his second Rule 32, A.R.Cr.P., petition, in which he contested his 1989 conviction for trafficking in cocaine and his resulting sentence of 15 years' imprisonment and fine of $50,000.
