Following a jury trial, defendant Vladmir Marsan was convicted of possession with intent to deliver 900 grams or more of a controlled substance (cocaine). (Ill.Rev. Stat.1987, ch. 56½, par. 1401.1(3).) He was sentenced to 20 years in prison.
