Stevie Hickson was killed on 23 July 1989 when he was struck by an automobile. Mr. Waddell Hickson, Sr., (Mr. Hickson) subsequently was appointed personal representative of the estate of Stevie Hickson. On 12 April 1991, Mr. Hickson executed a power of attorney giving Ms. Sheila H.
