Defendant appeals from his conviction for burglary and the denial of his Rule 29.15 motion.

On September 11, 1989, St. Louis City Police responded to a silent alarm at ASI Sign Systems in the City of St. Louis. On arrival, police saw a ladder beneath a broken window on the side of the building and defendant, inside the building, removing shards of glass from the window.
