In this civil action, plaintiff Suburban Construction Co., Inc. ("Suburban"), seeks a declaratory judgment that it is covered by various insurance policies issued by defendants Hartford Fire Insurance Company ("Hartford") and Sentry Insurance, A Mutual Company ("Sentry"), in connection with claims against Suburban for the contamination of property resulting from a gasoline leak from an underground fuel storage tank.
