This matter is before the Court on the appeal of the chapter 7 trustee (the "Trustee") of the Opinion and Order on Objection to Claim (the "Order"), entered on December 6, 1991 by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio. 134 B.R. 617.
