The most troublesome issue in this case is whether the record discloses sufficient evidence to establish a criminal conspiracy to deliver controlled substances. Closely related to that difficult issue is the issue of whether the trial court erred in admitting evidence of prior purchases of controlled substances by Paul C. Wehr (Wehr) from a co-conspirator.
