Defendant, John Printy, was indicted in the circuit court of Du Page County on one count of aggravated criminal sexual assault (Ill.Rev.Stat.1987, ch. 38, par. 12-14(a)(1)) and one count of criminal sexual assault (Ill.Rev.Stat.1987, ch. 38, par. 12-13(a)(1)).
